  • When to tell us you're moving
    Let us know you're moving home 5 days before you move.
  • What to tell us
    We'll need to know the date you are moving out (service stopped) and contact details so we can send you your final bill.
  • Are there any cancellation fees?
    Savant has no cancellation fees as our contracts are not locked in.
  • Does Savant Energy supply services at my new address?
    To find out if Savant can supply your energy, call us on 1300 117 376 or email us at admin@savantenergy.com.au.
  • How do I supply my final meter reading?
    A technican will come out to your address on your move out date and obtain your move out read/s. there is no need to provide your own reading.
